Our Story.

Welcome to Magenta, a dedicated collective of seasoned real estate professionals. We are focused on facilitating the real estate goals of our agents, home buyers, and sellers.

First established as a real estate team in 2012 by industry visionaries Serena and Tom Heuser, our inception was rooted in a keen awareness of the industry's strengths and shortcomings.

With a perceptive eye on industry dynamics, the Heusers identified a need for a brokerage that embodies characteristics and qualifications essential for real estate professionals. In 2021, in response to this vision, they ventured to create a brokerage that aligns with their discerning criteria.

In 2023, Tom and Serena joined forces with Brooke and Michael Coxen to rejuvenate their objective. Prior to partnering, Michael and Brooke succeeded as entrepreneurs in the real estate and design industries. Michael worked with the Heusers for 6 years, earning the title of Top Producer year-after-year and leading his own team alongside Brooke.

The result of this winning partnership: Magenta, a manifestation of our unwavering commitment to elevating industry standards. Magenta aligns with the needs and aspirations of modern agents driven to help them excel in the dynamic real estate landscape. This strategic partnership marked the resurgence of a brokerage designed to resonate with agents who share our mission statement and uphold our core values.
