Brian Heuser relocated to Las Vegas in 2004 from Tucson, AZ . He started off in Green Valley but trekked his way around the entire Las Vegas valley. Today, he resides in the foothills of Summerlin.

His interest in Real Estate started at young age being exposed to his father’s work in new home construction. Later on while studying business and economics, he learned how families could prosper through the many avenues directly related to home ownership. This lead to his first home purchase at the age of 22. After seeing how scary it was being a first-time home buyer, Brian made it his goal to educate, understand, and build trust with his clients so they would feel more comfortable with such a big decision.

In his free time, Brian enjoys backpacking through the countryside in Zion, snowboarding the powder-covered trails in Mammoth, CA, Mountain biking and preparing gourmet meals to enjoy on the patio with his favorite bottle of wine.

Brian has represented over 100 clients in helping buy or sell their home. He continues to be one of the top selling agents in his office since starting in real estate years ago.
