Louis arrived to Las Vegas via Lewiston, NY to open the Hotel Operations Division of MGM Grand Resort & Casino in 1993.

Soon after, Louis launched a successful executive career in resort/hospitality that spanned a decade and a half as part of the opening teams for strip properties Monte Carlo Resort & Casino, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and THEhotel at Mandalay Bay Resort. Louis served as Vice President of Hotel Operations at Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, FL before returning home to assume the position of Executive Director of Guest Services for the Venetian Resort & Casino.  As an integral member of their leadership group, The Venetian became the largest Five Diamond Resort in the world.

Louis then turned his expertise to the nightlife industry, serving as Vice President and General Manager for two Las Vegas nightclubs over a five year period. After acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree in communications and a Minor in English, Louis also authored contributions for several publications, including Las Vegas Magazine, Las Vegas Weekly, and I/O Magazine in Orlando, FL.

Having a love of guest service and desire for turning dreams into realty, Louis felt it was best to utilize his skill set in the world of Real Estate.  Louis’ attention to detail, engaging personality, and unwavering work ethic. made him a perfect fit for the industry.

Today, Louis takes pride through diligence, hard work, and a passion for service in making the home buying and selling process for his clients a seamless one.

Louis is also an avid sports fan, enjoys dining out, events, and taking advantage of the many cultural experiences that Las Vegas has to offer.
